Your portfolio is one of the most important parts of your Studiomate profile. It lets you showcase real examples of your work, provide context around what you created, and highlight the skills, tools, and industries connected to each project.
This guide walks you through creating, editing, uploading media, and deleting portfolio projects.
From your Talent Dashboard, select Profile
In the Profile editor, select the Portfolio tab.
Use the Create button to add a new project, or select an existing project to edit it.
The Portfolio tab displays your work in a visual grid. Each tile represents a project. Selecting a project opens a Project Details modal where you can manage everything related to that project, including text details and uploaded media.
Go to Profile → Portfolio
Select Create
In the Project Details modal, add your project information (outlined below).
Upload photos and video assets.
Select Save Project to publish the project to your portfolio.
Inside the Project Details modal, you can add and edit the following:
Project Title
Add a clear, descriptive title for the campaign or project.
Description
Briefly explain the project’s goal, your role, and the outcome.
Client Name (Optional)
If applicable, add the client name to help provide credibility and context.
Skills
Add relevant skills connected to the project. This helps your work show up for skill-based discovery and matching. You can add up to 3 skills.
Industry
Add the industry associated with the project.
Tools
Add the tools used to complete the project. You can add up to 3 tools.
Your portfolio projects support media uploads so you can visually showcase your work.
In the Project Details modal, select Upload Photos & Video
Choose how you want to upload:
Drag and drop files into the upload area
Select Browse to upload from your computer
After uploading, your media will appear in the project’s media grid. Here you can drag and drop to rearrange the order of your portfolio media.
Select Save Project to apply the upload to the project
Tip: Upload your strongest visuals first. The first assets shown in the order will be set as the cover for your project.
Go to Profile → Portfolio
Select any project from the portfolio grid
Update the project details, media, or tags
Select Save Project to apply changes
Deleting a project permanently removes it from your portfolio.
Go to Profile → Portfolio
Select the project you want to delete
In the Project Details modal, select the trash can icon (lower right)
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important: Once a project is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you’re ready to delete before confirming.
Use clear titles and short descriptions that explain your role and impact.
Add skills and tools that match what you want to be hired for.
Include industries when possible to provide context.
Keep projects focused, highlight your best work rather than everything.
Update projects over time as your work evolves.
Portfolio edits are only applied after selecting Save Project in the modal. If you close the modal before saving, your updates may not be retained.
